Witness Appeal following Anti-Social Behaviour Incident - St Clements/Morrell Avenue

We are appealing for information following reported anti-social behaviour by a group of 15-20 year olds in the South Park area of Oxford.  

The incident occurred at around 11pm on Thursday 17th September 2026, near to St Clements and Morrell Avenue in East Oxford.

It has reported that this group of young people were involved in public drinking, making loud noise and causing a local disturbance.

Investigating officer, PCSO Martin, based at Cowley police station, said; “We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV to please come forward. Please respond to this message if you have knowledge of this incident."
